Aside from the needs of getting orphans sponsored. We also require to source specific items of infrastructure and hardware to keep Project O running, growing and reaching more orphans who desperately need our help.

Quad Bikes

Current Quads - in use

Quad bikes are a major part of our infrastructure that enable us to reach orphans and families in some of the remotest parts of the Valley of a thousand hills. Because of the work we do, our quad bikes endure some of the hardest working conditions even for tough all terrain vehicles such as these. Eventually the bikes do need to be replaced, £3000 will purchase a brand new quad and trailer.

Shipping Containers

Converted office container - £900, Standard storage container - £500. One of each is required urgently. These containers are very secure and required in order to provide storage and office facilities directly within the Valley of a Thousand Hills away from the Project O HQ.

Landrover

An example of the Land Rover we require urgently.

£10,000-£15,000 Will fund a long wheelbase Landrover. The vehicle will be several years old, but these things are built like tanks and parts are relatively easy to source. Thus, a vehicle like this will greatly aid us in expanding our sponsorship program for years to come.

Boat

Example of the boat we need to purchase.

A boat would be used as a river taxi to get our newly sponsored kids to school. This 5 min boat trip each way would save a 30 min drive or a 4 hour walk! £5000 will purchase an 5-6 seater boat. The boat will double up as as a vehicle for reaching orphans around the 30Km dam delivering monthly supplies including being used as part of the Mobile Clinic service we are currently setting up once it is fully under way.
