The following statement defines everything we aim to do and be as an organisation. It literally forms the framework that defines Project O and the work it does:

A word from our founder…
As founder and director without salary I demand all of the above. I lead by example, having put my life on the line.
These qualities are to be installed into every word, conversation, act, visitation and interaction. They are expected in their entirety not just in part. We will be recognised for our spirit of excellence in every department and this recognition will be used in the funding, resources, personnel (both salaried and volunteered) that will take the work of Project O to the four corners of South Africa and beyond. If we aspire to this level of greatness Project O will become the greatest orphan support work in South Africa. There is literally nothing stopping us attaining this goal!
Our vision is to fully support orphans by any means necessary. We have developed a ‘model’ that will be the blueprint for 100% self sufficient children’s homes. The model also provides top class education. Through this, Project O will become a familiar name the world over known for its standard of excellence.
We are in the people business - they are our focus.
